He could incorporating new food items into menus and improving older recipes. Because a great chef must be very creative and always willing to try something new.

You write a good writing but I want to take some notes in your writing;
– In your first paragraph, you should have put all main ideas from 2nd, 3rd, and last paragraph then your writing will be more structured.
– Actually there are several grammar errors and revisions in your writing, I take one with this sentence ‘He always try to create the food with confiedence’ It supposes to be ‘He always tries to make a food with confidence’
Those are only my point of view you can edit it or not up to you,

I suggest you to do justified your paragraph, to make it tidier. I also suggest you to change “He loves to experiment with different flavours” with “He loves to do experiment with different flavors”, since it sounds better.
